When used in aromatherapy or diluted in a carrier oil for massage, neroli oil can provide much-needed relief and support during this transitional phase in a woman's life.
Petitgrain part of the same orange tree as neroli, can also help promote a state of relaxation.
Lavender is well known for helping with sleep, calming the mind and can improve overall wellbeing.

Trim your wick to 0.5cm before lighting. Trim wick after every use.
Burn your candle for at least 2 hours (no more than 3 hours) until the whole top layer is melted. This will help your candle burn more evenly.
