Frequently Asked Questions
Can you manufacture refill candles?
Yes - refillable and sustainable formats are very much part of our ethos. Refill options are assessed on a project-by-project basis to ensure safety and suitability.
Do you offer other home fragrance products?
Yes - we offer reed diffusers, hand and body wash/lotion
What wax do we use?
We use soy wax, and we never use paraffin. Our refill candles are made from a rapeseed, and coconut wax blend.
For vessels you supply, we charge a flat testing fee per vessel, per fragrance £40 ex VAT.
Can you offer vessel printing?
Yes, we work with printers who can produce high quality print on vessels both digitally and via traditional screen printing. MOQ 100 units.
How much does a candle cost?
Prices start from approximately £9 ex VAT for a 30cl candle or refill with soy wax or rapeseed and coconut wax
What fragrances do you have?
We have several fragrances to choose from across a broad range of scent families including essential oils. Ask to see our Fragrance Library.
How do we choose a scent if we want our own range?
You can schedule a scent discovery studio session to find a fragrance that works for you. Scent sessions are £75 ex VAT. Or you can choose one from our fragrance library.
