What we offer

• Container candles (various sizes & vessels), travel tins, seasonal editions
• Wooden wicks with a soft, comforting crackle or cotton wicks
• Natural wax for a clean, even burn and excellent hot/cold throw
  
• Gift notes, dust lids, and retail-ready barcodes if required
• Refill programme setup so customers can top-up rather than toss
• We can source scents from several fragrance houses or you can commission a bespoke blend

• Our Brand Ready Packaging service is available from £350 per project, plus packaging and print costs. We offer a fully managed packaging and print service for clients who want a cohesive, elevated finish. From sourcing luxury packaging to coordinating print production, we take care of every detail ensuring your candles arrive ready to impress.

How does it work?

Brief: Tell us your brand, audience, target price, and launch date.

Scent & Vessel Curate: We suggest vessels, fills, and fragrance directions. And offer scent discovery workshops and samples to help you choose in our studio in Surrey.

Packaging & Printing: We offer you the option to work with us and our suppliers to have digital vessel printing, labels, boxes and more. We can guide you, or our Brand Ready Packaging Service is available from £350 for clients looking to hand over their printing requirements to us.

Samples: Receive samples for approval.

Make: Small-batch pouring, curing, and quality checks in our Surrey studio. With robust safety and burn testing in-house. 

Safety: We conduct robust testing for safety in-house, but we can also offer independent lab testing and compliance documentation if necessary for those selling candles across geographies. Not sure what safety level you need? We’ll guide you based on your goals.

Deliver & Refill: We pack safely and ship; we also support your refill program and reorders.

Typical lead times: development & samples 1–2 weeks, production 2–4 weeks after approval (subject to materials and quantity).

Can you manufacture refill candles?

Yes - refillable and sustainable formats are very much part of our ethos. Refill options are assessed on a project-by-project basis to ensure safety and suitability.

Do you offer other home fragrance products?

Yes - we offer oils, diffusers, hand and body wash/lotion and bath salts

Here's some questions we are often asked:

What wax do we use?

We use soy wax, and we never use paraffin. Our refill candles are made from a rapeseed, and coconut wax blend.

For vessels you supply, we charge a flat testing fee per vessel, per fragrance £35 ex VAT.

Can you offer vessel printing?

Yes, we work with printers who can produce high quality print on vessels both digitally and via traditional screen printing.

How much does a candle cost?

Prices start from around £3.90 ex VAT per 9cl candle, £8-12 ex VAT for a 30cl candle depending on vessel cost. We need a minimum of 12 units per fragrance, and a total MOQ of at least 50 units.

What fragrances do you have?

We have several fragrances to choose from across a broad range of scent families including essential oils. We’re happy to send you a sample box, get in touch for more information. We work a little differently to most white label/private label manufacturers in that we don’t have a catalogue of scents, preferring to source something bespoke for our clients.

How do we choose a scent?

You can schedule a scent discovery studio session to find a fragrance that works for you. In that session we offer 10scent samples for you to choose once you complete our fragrance briefing form which we send to you on confirmation of your session.

Scent sessions are £75 ex VAT to cover studio time and oil costs.

We’re a Surrey-based candle studio blending sustainability with sensory wellbeing. Owner Nicky is a perfumer and aromatherapist, with a background in PR & Marketing.

We provide business mentoring alongside our offer, to help fragrance businesses succeed based on all our learnings from creating our own candle brand.

Our artisan team hand-pours every candle using 100% natural wax, wooden wicks, and carefully composed essential & fine-fragrance oils.
