When I first started Willow & Finn, Christmas often felt exciting but often completely overwhelming.

I’d leave decisions too late, order stock later than I should have, launch products before I was truly ready and spend December constantly trying to catch up. Some years I made too many products. Other years I underestimated demand. Every Christmas taught me something new.

Over the past few years I’ve completely changed the way I plan.

Now, Christmas starts months before the decorations appear in the shops. I work backwards from launch dates, plan production well in advance, build anticipation with my customers, and focus on a carefully curated collection rather than trying to do everything.

The result? Less stress, better cash flow, smoother production and a Christmas season that’s far more enjoyable not just more profitable.

Booking Rules

Class bookings are not refundable but class dates can be moved 7 days before the class. Please email  nicola@willowandfinn.co.uk to move your date. Later notification will be classified as a no-show.

If you cancel a booked session with less than 7 days notice, or fail to attend a booked class, you will be charged for the class. If you’re more than 20 minutes late for the class the class will be marked as redeemed.
