Trim your wick to 0.5cm before lighting. Trim wick after every use.

Burn your candle for at least 2 hours (no more than 3 hours) until the whole top layer is melted. This will help your candle burn more evenly.

Important note: Always check your refillable vessel for minor cracks before use.  The vessel can be reused multiple times, but please make sure to take care when cleaning and check for imperfections before adding a refill candle.
