Neroli oil, extracted from the blossoms of the bitter orange tree, offers several benefits for menopausal women. Neroli oil is also known for its ability to balance hormones, potentially reducing hot flashes and other discomforts. Having attended one of Nicola’s lovely candle making workshops I was inspired to have a go myself and ordered one of her lovely kits. Beautifully and sustainably packaged (as always) it contained everything I needed to make 2 beautiful candles, plus instructions, tips and contacts for more supplies. Whilst I don’t think W&F need worry about the competition! It was incredibly easy and satisfying to do - give it a go, you’ll be delighted with the results!!!
